Prior to joining Leaf Home in June 2019, Chris served as CFO of Springs Window Fashions in Madison, Wisconsin. Jeff holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University, where he served on the Board of Trustees from 2013 to 2021.Ĭhris is the Chief Financial Officer of Leaf Home with over two decades of experience as a financial executive. Jeff has advised and served on more than 35 public and private boards throughout his career, including DoorDash, Shutterfly, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Groupon, OpenDoor, Forward, Chegg, GetYourGuide, Grab, Compass, Rappi, Whoop, Plenty, Upside Foods, Tempo, and Canada Drives. Jeff took the company public in 2006, grew revenue and enterprise value more than twentyfold, and successfully acquired 17 companies, transforming Shutterfly into the fifth largest stand-alone e-commerce company and one of the Top 25 Mid-Sized Companies to Work for in the in the United States. Prior to Softbank, Jeff served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Shutterfly for 11 years, where he grew the company’s global consumer base, diversified revenue streams, developed innovative technology platforms, and developed more than 2,500 new products used by hundreds of millions of customers across seven different brands. Jeff was also an executive sponsor of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion efforts and served on the investment committee for the Emerge Fund, investing in women and underrepresented minority founders. Previously, he was a Founding Managing Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers, the largest venture capital fund in the world, where he assisted in managing over $130 billion in assets across SoftBank’s Vision Funds. Most recently, Jeff founded and served as Managing Partner of Honor Ventures, a mid-stage growth equity fund that invests in transformational consumer technology companies. As CEO, Jeff sets the mission and vision of the company, articulates cohesive strategies, and sets the appropriate KPIs for the business while ensuring flawless execution and collaborative communication across the organization.
